MEET DR. Sana TARIQ
Dr. Sana Tariq is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, Class of 2011, where she completed her four-year DDS program. An avid proponent of access to care, Dr. Tariq participated in the NYU Outreach Program in Maine. Always seeking to gain knowledge and be involved in the community, she is a member of the CSDA and ADA.
To further her skills and knowledge she completed her residency program at New York Hospital Queens (an affiliate of New York Presbyterian Weill Medical College of Cornell University) in 2012.
Dr. Tariq completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at City University of New York, Baruch College. She was awarded a full four-year scholarship with the CUNY Honors College and later went on to teach as an adjunct professor of Biology.
Upon moving to Connecticut to join her family, Dr. Tariq has been part of the team in the finest private practice in the community for over 10 years.
She has considerable experience in the areas of restorative dentistry, treatment planning, bonding, fillings, veneers, crown and bridge, endodontic therapy, implant crowns, and Invisalign. In addition to her years of education and training, she actively completes additional certification and training programs and continuing education to stay up to date with the most recent research and technology.
She enjoys connecting and serving the community, hiking, spin cycling, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
